My European Experience
I just ended a five- month adventure in Europe, moving from city to city understudying their culture. My favorite part of the whole experience was being Wanderlust in May.
I visited a total of 13 cities and had all sorts of experiences
The primary goal for going on the French Exchange program was the exposure. Prior to 2018, I had never studied outside Nigeria and this represented a rare opportunity to study abroad without taking on the associated tuition cost.
I was also very interested in the cultural experience. It was a formidable way to experience the European culture without taking time off my regular schedule. I emphasize European not just French because I was able to travel wide with my Schengen visa. This, in itself was another education on its own. My visit to these different European cities gave me a unique opportunity to study what made them unique and different from one another as well as the cord that bound them together; their architecture, transportation system, history and modern evolution (high-tech old buildings and intelligently designed modern spaces) as well as their currency and their way of living.
